Hi peeps! It’s A Book and a Latte’s one year blogoversary! I can’t believe how fast this year has gone by…  or how much this little blog of mine has grown. I’m thrilled to still be here, sharing book love with all of you. I’m so grateful for all of my readers, the fantastic authors and publishers I’ve worked with, and especially my book blogging friends that have helped me along the way. Thank you so, so much.

Book blogging has been such rewarding experience. I had no idea when I started this blog a year ago, that it would impact my life this much. I’ve met so many wonderful people through this blog, online and in real life. I think the biggest highlights of the past year were participating in Armchair BEA 2011, attending ALA Midwinter, and meeting up with Colorado authors, writers, and book bloggers!

To celebrate ABaaL’s blogoversary, I’m giving away one 2012 title of choice to TWO lucky winners! Giveaway is INTERNATIONAL, as long as the Book Depository can ship to you (check here)!

The titles below are just some of my favorite, or most anticipated titles of 2012. You don’t have to choose one of these, I just wanted to add some eye candy :). I will buy or pre-order whichever 2012 release the winners choose, up to a $15 value.

And one of the new releases I have read and liked the best so far this year would be Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore.

Congratulations and Happy Blogoversary!(: I think the best book I’ve read so far this year is probably Saving Francesca by Melina Marchetta or Graffiti Moon by Cath Crowley. I’ve newly discovered a love for Australian authors, who are both amazing and write unique and original novels that touch the heart. One of my most anticipated reads for the year (that has not released yet) is most probably Days of Blood and Starlight. I was looking forward to Bitterblue a lot as well, but I read it the moment it released, so I’m now channeling my excitement and energy towards the release of Laini Taylor’s next novel! 😀
