Last weekend I attend three book events: Emily Hainsworth’s launch party for her debut novel, Through to You; Maggie Stiefvater (The Raven Boys) & Brenna Yovanoff’s (The Space Between) presentation and signing; and Maggie’s solo signing for The Raven Boys! It was great hanging out with everyone, and seeing a lot of the same peeps at each event. It was just an awesome weekend of book goodness!

Last week I received a fun piece of mail — swag for TEN by Gretchen McNeil, for being a Lieutenant in the Army Of Ten! I also reached the ranking of General last week by getting one of my indie book stores to order copies of TEN! Booh-yah!
I went to three book events last weekend, so of course I had to buy hardcover copies for the authors to sign!
I also bought @WriMo: A 30-Day Survival Guide for Writers to add to my arsenal for NaNoWriMo! I feel like I’m forgetting some books… hmm.
Currently Reading
I’m still behind on my reading right now… between personal stuff and preparing for NaNoWriMo, I haven’t had much time to read my review books. I have a feeling I’m not going to be able to catch up before the end of the year, but I hope that’s not true! What are you reading?
Upcoming
This coming week I have a cover reveal to share with you, and I’ll also be hosting a couple of blog tours. I have a few reviews to post, but I’m not sure about which yet, except for my review (finally!) of TEN by Gretchen McNeil, so stay tuned for that! On Friday, I’m thrilled, and honored, to be premiering the trailer for Flutter by Gina Linko! As always, I’ll be sharing my WoW pick of the week.

Wow you have been so busy. I am still trying to make General for Ten, can you believe my B&N refuses to carry it, they will special order only..GRR! Cannot wait to get my swag though..it looks cool! Fantastic haul!! I am so jealous that you have so many conventions that you can attend to get books signed! I’d love for it to be that simple here in AUS!!
