It’s official! I’m all signed up for the 2012 Debut Author Challenge hosted by The Story Siren! I missed out on the 2011 DAC because I didn’t sign up in time, though I did it anyway unofficially. You can see a list of debuts I’ve read so far this year here, and read my reviews for 2011 debuts here (I have one left to post to make 12).
I loved “unofficially” participating this year. I found some great reads, and discovered some great authors. I can’t wait to dig into the 2012 debuts! There are soooo many tantalizing good looking debuts coming our way. I’m actually reading one now, that unfortunately won’t be counted toward the challenge, but I couldn’t resist :). Right now I’m reading Love & Leftovers by Sarah Tregay which releases January 12, 2012. It’s written in verse and it’s such a fun, cute read!
The titles in the slideshow below are some of the debuts that are on my wish list for 2012. These are only the tip of the iceberg, I can’t wait to see what other participants plan to read so I can add to my list (not that I need to add more to my TBR list)!
