The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. This meme was inspired in part by In My Mailbox. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Weekly News

Hi peeps! I hope you had a great week, and are enjoying the arrival of fall! I’m a little late getting this posted today, but here are my posts from the past week:

Book Haul

(aka Stacking the Shelves)

Thank you to Sourcebooks Fire for sending me Stealing Parker by Miranda Kenneally to review for her blog tour! Also, many thanks to Harper Audio for sending me the audiobooks of What’s Left of Me by Kat Zhang and Under Wildwood (Wildwood Chronicles, #2) by Colin Meloy.

I’m so excited for Stealing Parker and What’s Left of Me!  I also snagged these (currently FREE) for my Kindle:

These are not YA… Cover images take you to Amazon, be sure to double check prices before purchasing!

Currently Reading

I’m still behind on my reading right now… between personal stuff and preparing for NaNoWriMo, I haven’t had much time to read my review books. I have a feeling I’m not going to be able to catch up before the end of the year, but I hope that’s not true! What are you reading?

Upcoming

This coming week, I’m hosting Megg Jensen as part of her blog tour for The Sundering. I’ll be posting a few reviews, and as always I’ll share my WoW pick of the week!  I also plan to attend some book events next weekend, so stay tuned.

Have a great week!

The first book didn’t do much for me but my friends convinced me to keep going. I’m glad I did, it’s great :).

Ahhh I’m so excited for “What’s Left of Me”. It’s sitting on my bookshelf but I have like 10 scary books to read first. It may kill me. Here’s Our Sunday Post

If you’re reading any scary books this October we would love you to stop by and link a post of the titles you’ll be reading or drop us a comment! We’ll have weekly min-challenges for the month as well.
