I received two copies of The Fame Game by Lauren Conrad from HarperTeen which means it’s time for a giveaway! Enter the Rafflecopter below for a chance to win!
In Hollywood, fame can be found on every corner and behind any door. You just have to know where to look for it. Nineteen-year-old Madison Parker made a name for herself as best frenemy of nice-girl-next-door Jane Roberts on the hot reality show L.A. Candy. Now Madison’s ready for her turn in the spotlight and she’ll stop at nothing to get it. Sure, she’s the star of a new show, but with backstabbing friends and suspicious family members trying to bring her down, Madison has her work cut out for her. Plus, there’s a new nice girl in “reality” town—aspiring actress Carmen Price, the daughter of Hollywood royalty—and she’s a lot more experienced at playing the fame game… When the camera’s start rolling, whose star will shine brighter?
Filled with characters both familiar and new, Lauren Conrad’s series about the highs and lows of being famous delivers Hollywood gossip and drama at every turn. (Goodreads)
Many thanks to HarperTeen for making this giveaway possible!

I don’t want to be famous. I like my life just the way it is!

I would be happy to be famous due to a wonderful talent or doing something remarkable in the world (like being a fabulous author); however, I definitely would not ever want to be a celebrity! Those who scramble for fame who are pretty much talentless! Those who crave the limelight! No thanks. 🙂

If I was famous for a “real” reason (not reality tv) I’d be ok with it. But, to be honest, I’d never really want to be famous…the pictures/gossip/no privacy…ICK!
As for doing reality tv – not happening. 😉

I’m tempted to say yes, that I want to be famous, because a part of me does. But, there’s a lot of pressure that goes along with that and I’m not sure I could handle it. As for being on a documentary, it would depend on the layout/subject matter, but I’d at least consider it.

i used to want to be famous, but now not at all. all the attention and no privacy would be way too much for me i think. i might do a documentary depending on what type it was, nothing like jersey shore or real housewives!
No desire to be famous. Don’t want to have to worry about how I look and act every minute of every day! Don’t want to take a chance that one of those ‘oops’ pictures might show up on the front of a tabloid! No thanks.

OMG! Never! I would hate that!
I do not want to be famous and I do not have any desire to be on a documentary show or game show.
I must admit, I kinda have always wanted to be famous. Not REAL famous, just sorta famous. I’m kinda self-centered like that.

I wouldn’t want to be famous. All the reality shows have too much drama.
