Weekly News
This week I shared my Top Ten Most Vivid Settings/Worlds in Books, as well as my WoW pick of the week, and a fan-made book trailer one of my favorite reads of 2012 – SLAMMED! I reviewed the audiobook of The Lonely Hearts Club by Elizabeth Eulberg. I also hosted author Stephanie Lawton as part of her WANT Blog Tour, and she’s giving away an ebook copy of her book to one of my readers! Be sure to check out her post titled “The Importance of Settings” and enter for a chance to win.
Book Haul
(aka Stacking the Shelves)
I had a small book week… I’m pretty sure I’m overlooking some, but I’m out of town and all out of sorts. Thanks to Sourcebooks for sending me SEND by Patty Blount, I’m really looking forward to reading it. I also picked Swim by Jennifer Weiner (FREE for Kindle, clicking image takes you to Amazon), a prequel novella to The Next Best Thing.
Currently Reading
I’m really enjoying these so far. What are you reading?
Upcoming
This week I’ll be hosting two book tour stops — Innocent Darkness by Suzanne Lazear and Unguarded by Ashley Robertson, so be sure to come by and check them out! I also have a review of The Waiting Sky by Lara Zielin (loved it) coming your way, along with a cover reveal, and book trailer. As always, I’ll be posting my WoW pick of the week!
Have a great week!

I loved that Slammed video trailer! I could hardly believe it was something an amateur put together, it was amazing.
I’m going to get to Innocent Darkness this week too (not on a tour), I can’t wait to see what everyone else thinks too when I’m done. 🙂 Two books is a pretty impressive haul when you’re on vacation.
