Last night, the Tattered Cover hosted a New Adult event with Cora Carmack, Jennifer Armentrout, Sophie Jordan, and Lisa Desrochers. Yes… it was full of awesome! The night started by them each telling us about their books, and then we discussed NA heroines and heroes, our book boyfriends, and how they write their characters.
Click a picture above to view a slide show. I waited till the very end so I could get a picture with everyone… 🙂

Don’t have a favorite. Like all books I don’t really care what you call the genre as long as the story is good and realistic. So far so good :). Thank you.

I actually haven’t read any of these NA books yet, but I like that they aren’t afraid to include real-life things (like sex and other boy issues).
There are so many great books it’s hard to pick 1 favorite! I love the Shattered Hearts series by Cassia Leo, Real by Katy Evans, Rosemary Beach series by Abbi Glines! Thanks for the giveaway!
I am on a quest to find my favorite NA book, so much reading is still needed! However, my favorite thing about the genre is the steamy romances! So it’s not too much of a chore to wade through them on my quest. 😉

Sounds like a lot of fun!! I would love to go to an event with those authors.
There are so many great well-known New Adult titles, but also some fabulous lesser known ones like Come See About Me by CK Kelly Martin or Life on the Edge by Jennifer Comeaux. Probably my all-time fave NA books are the Secret Society Girl books by Diana Peterfreund, which were released years ago as adult titles.
I also have a whole NA recs shelf on Goodreads if you or others want to check it out. =)

I think that NA bridges the gap very well.
I love NA. One of my favorites is Hopeless by Colleen Hoover.
I love that my seniors can relate to New Adult easily. Most of the NA I’ve read lately deals with going off to college and the challenges that can bring (leaving friends and significant others).
I really haven’t read a lot of this genre so I don’t have a favorite! Thanks for the giveaway 🙂
