Armchair BEA 2011: I’m participating!

Next week, NYC is hosting the Book Expo America (BEA) and Book Blogger Convention! I’m so jealous of the book bloggers that are able to go and meet each other in person, network, and pick up all that great swag/ARCs… I know they will have an awesome time. I will be stalking their twitter accounts, hoping they will tweet and tell us all about it! Who knows, maybe I’ll get to go next year :). 

So… I can’t be there in person, but I WILL be participating from the comfort of my own armchair chaise or couch, in the 2011 Armchair BEA (ABEA)! Really, it’s kind of a nice deal… no expensive traveling, no dealing with crowds, and no tired feet! I’ll be posting ABEA related posts all next week (May 23rd-27th), and linking up with all the other participants. I’ll be blogging about BEA topics, interviewing another fellow blogger, and… if I can get my act together (no promises, sorry)… I will be hosting my first giveaway for ABEA participants! 

I’m really excited for next week! Since I’ll be busy with ABEA posts, I probably won’t be participating in the weekly memes (expect for IMM on Sunday), but I do hope to post at least 2 book reviews. My “need review” pile is stacking up…
