Labor Day Weekend Read-A-Thon!

Hi peeps! I signed up to participate in the Labor Day Weekend Read-A-Thon hosted by Katie over at Katie’s Book Blog. I will definitely be participating, but I realized today that I will probably not be able to read as much as I had planned because 1) I have to work (BOO!), and 2) I need to judge 20 something blogs for Book Blogger Appreciation Week (BBAW) by tomorrow night. Um, yeah.

So… I won’t be able to read as much as I had hoped, but you can bet I’ll be reading every chance I get! I’ve listed below the books I hope to read this weekend. This is a pretty ambitious list for me, even if I could do nothing but read this weekend!

The Near Witch by Victoria Schwab

I’m not sure if I can really count audiobooks… but I do hope to finish City of Bones (Book 1 of Mortal Instruments) on audio too!

I have been really looking forward to this Read-A-Thon, it’s exactly what I need after traveling all last week. I just want to be at home, chillaxing with my books. I hope I can get my work done quickly so I can get my reading on :). I’ll check in at some point over the weekend to let you know my progress, or at the very least on Monday to give my hopefully fantastic results! Who knows? Maybe I’ll become speed reader and fit in a couple more. One can dream, right?
