Today’s Sunday Post is coming at’cha on a Monday! It also covers the entire month of November… Whooohoo I’m a rebel. 🙂
Monthly News
Hello! I’m back! Or I should say, the blog is back to its normally scheduled programing after a semi-hiatis in November while I participated (and won!) National Novel Writing Month! I hope November treated you well. I can’t believe it’s already December. The whole idea of Christmas and the end of the year just seems cray cray to me right now.
In celebration of NaNoWriMo, A Book and a Latte had a month long author/writer “How I Write” feature. I’m honored that 19 authors/writers participated! Besides the feature, I let myself take off the month of November from posting reviews, memes (except for my WoW pick!), and blog tours so I could concentrate on writing my novel. Which I now have a first draft of… WHEW!

Currently Reading
I’m so excited to be reading fun books again! I spent most of October and November reading writing craft books, and I missed reading soooo much. Days of Blood & Starlight was my light at the end of the tunnel, and I’m loving it so far! What are you reading?
Upcoming
Today, I posted JKSCommunications 2012 Holiday Giveaway Hop, they’re giving away 7 books as part of a Books for Teens Prize Pack! Tomorrow, I’m hosting Amy Lignor for her Gilded Wings Blog Tour. I’ll be posting a couple of reviews this week, and as always I’ll be posting my WoW pick of the week.
2012 YA Audiobook Challengers, I’ll be posting a year end audiobook giveaway soon! Be sure to link up your reviews, each one counts as an entry! If you missed out on the challenge this year, never fear, a sign up post for 2013 will be coming soon. Jessi from Otherwhere.Co is designing a button for it now (Thanks Jessi!). YAY for being a NaNo winner!!! That’s awesome! And I totally loved ALL the writing interviews you had last month. Even though I got way too busy to finish my NaNo project, I found them all so inspiring!!
Can’t wait to read Days of Blood & Starlight … AND The Madman’s Daughter looks super good. 🙂

I seriously LOVED your How I Write Feature…. I would totally be okay with that being an annual thing here. Congrats on winning. I did not win (I never win, I think it’s a November thing. Lol), but I do have a full draft I’m revising. I would be down for keeping each other accountable to a revising schedule. I finish school in 2 weeks and then I am desperate to finish my rewrite before the next semester starts.
Also… I can’t wait to hear what you think of Pivot Point. I’m super excited for that book!
